Labour law, respect for the rule of law

In this regard, we strictly adhere to laws related to employment contracts, workplace standards, anti-discrimination laws regarding race, gender, religion, age, disability, and other protected criteria, wages in accordance with labour laws, respecting minimum wage rates, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation elements, and providing a safe and healthy work environment.
